One to One Marketing Solutions Inc. has a dedicated customer service team to provide personal assistance to cardholders. Cardholders call in to a Voice Recognition Unit and have the option of speaking to a live customer sevice representative during regular business hours. This provided adds a personal touch to the cardholder experience.
