One to One Marketing Solutions Inc. offers standard, user-friendly web sites for general customer service inquiries by cardholders. This provides another method for cardholders to have access to their card information 24/7. These sites are created and operated by One to One on behalf of the issuing financial institution. Certain items on the web sites are customizable, including the use of a financial institution logo, color scheme, terms and conditions, contact information, and frequently asked questions.
Clients also have the option of working with our web services team to develop a custom web site to fit the individual needs of their gift card program. Time frames do vary for each program based upon web site customization requirements.
